1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use the platform, we collect usage data including recipes created, workflows executed, and feature interactions. We do not store the content of your LLM inputs or outputs — that data flows directly between your browser and the LLM provider using your own API keys.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the JieGou platform, send transactional emails (approval notifications, schedule alerts), process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. LLM Data Processing

JieGou acts as an orchestration layer. When you execute a recipe or workflow, your input data is sent directly to the LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) using your API keys. JieGou stores metadata about executions (timestamps, token counts, success/failure status) but does not persistently store the content of prompts or responses beyond the session.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure session management, and access controls. API keys are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users or third parties.

4a. Tally (tally.jiegou.ai)

Tally is our spreadsheet-and-report verification tool. The free browser tool processes your file entirely on your device — the file is never uploaded to our servers. When you connect a Google Sheet, Tally requests Google's drive.file permission, which grants access only to the specific files you pick; for one-time verifications the file content is fetched from Google directly into your browser and verified there. When you connect Google, we create a Tally account keyed to a one-way hash of your Google user ID and store your email address and usage counters. If you set up a scheduled "watch," we store — with your explicit additional consent — an encrypted Google refresh token so our servers can re-fetch the chosen file on your schedule; during those runs the file content is processed transiently to recompute its figures, and we retain only verification results and content hashes, never the file content itself. You can stop a single watch (we delete its stored token and never touch that file again) or disconnect entirely (we revoke our Google access and delete all stored tokens). Tally's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect QuickBooks, Tally requests read access to your accounting data (invoices and credit memos) solely to reconcile it against your spreadsheet: for one-time checks the short-lived access token is held only in your browser session, Tally stores no QuickBooks credential, and the retrieved rows are processed transiently for the comparison — never stored. Disconnecting revokes the token at Intuit.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the platform settings. To request a complete data export or account deletion, contact us at privacy@jiegou.ai.
