AI automation is only as useful as the systems it can reach. A recipe that generates a perfect sales email is worthless if it can’t access your CRM to look up the prospect or your email client to send the message.

JieGou now connects to 31 services via OAuth-based MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, organized into 8 categories with department-personalized recommendations.

How integrations work

Each integration connects via OAuth through Klavis, our integration partner. You click “Connect,” authorize access in a popup window, and the service’s tools become available in your recipes and workflows immediately. No API keys to manage, no webhook URLs to configure.

Once connected, the AI can read from and write to the service during recipe and workflow execution. A recipe step can look up a Salesforce contact, a workflow can create a Jira ticket, and a browser automation can fill in a Google Sheet — all through the same tool interface.

8 categories, 31 services

CRM & Sales — HubSpot, LinkedIn, Salesforce

Communication — Discord, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Mail, Slack, WhatsApp

Productivity — Airtable, Confluence, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, Outlook Calendar

Project Management — Asana, Jira, Linear, Monday.com

File Storage — Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive

Support — Intercom, ServiceNow, Zendesk

Dev & Design — Figma, GitHub

Commerce & Finance — QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe

Department recommendations

When you visit the integrations page, JieGou recommends the services most relevant to your department. An Engineering team sees GitHub, Jira, and Linear at the top. A Finance team sees QuickBooks, Stripe, and Google Sheets.

These recommendations are based on which integrations pair best with each department’s recipe and workflow catalogs. You’re free to connect anything — the recommendations just help you start with the highest-value connections for your role.

What you can do with integrations

Sales: Research prospects in LinkedIn, update deals in Salesforce, send follow-ups via Gmail — all within a single workflow.

Engineering: Create Jira issues from incident reports, post status updates to Slack, push release notes to Confluence.

Marketing: Pull campaign data from HubSpot, generate content variations in Notion, schedule social posts through connected platforms.

Finance: Reconcile invoices with QuickBooks data, track payments through Stripe, export reports to Google Sheets.

Support: Triage tickets from Zendesk or Intercom, escalate to Jira for engineering issues, update knowledge bases in Confluence.

Connected integrations at the top

The integrations page pins your connected services at the top for quick access. Below that, category-based accordion sections let you browse and connect new services. A search bar filters across all 31 services when you know what you’re looking for.

Security

Every integration uses OAuth 2.0 — JieGou never stores third-party passwords. Access tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions needed, and you can disconnect any integration instantly. All integration activity is logged in the audit trail.
