The Command Palette, Reimagined
Power users live and die by their keyboard. That’s why we rebuilt JieGou’s Cmd+K spotlight from the ground up — expanding from 7 basic navigation shortcuts to 55 fully searchable actions that cover everything you do in the platform.
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux), start typing, and get where you need to go. No menus, no clicking through navigation trees, no context switching.
What Changed
Fuzzy Alias Matching
The old spotlight required exact matches. Type “create recipe” or nothing. The new spotlight understands natural aliases — type “invite” and it surfaces “Invite Team Member.” Type “dark” and it offers “Toggle Dark Mode.” Typos and partial matches work too.
Entity Secondary Actions
Found a recipe in your search results? Press → (right arrow) to expand secondary actions: duplicate it, move it to a different department, view its execution history, or open it in the editor. No need to navigate to the entity first.
Page-Aware Suggestions
The spotlight adapts to where you are. On the Workflows page, workflow actions appear first. In Settings, account management actions surface at the top. Context reduces keystrokes.
Recent Actions Memory
Your last 10 spotlight actions are remembered and appear when you open the palette with no query. The commands you use most are always one keystroke away.
Entity Preview Panel
Hovering over a recipe, workflow, or knowledge base result shows a preview panel on the right — description, last modified date, department, and status — so you can confirm you have the right entity before opening it.
Operator Commands
Quick system commands are prefixed with >. These include toggling dark mode, clearing the cache, copying your account ID, and opening the API docs.
