Wie Teams JieGou nutzen
Repräsentative Einführungsszenarien, die zeigen, wie verschiedene Teams KI-Automatisierung in ihren Arbeitsalltag integrieren.
Named-customer case studies follow when relationships are mature enough to back outcomes contractually. The lighthouse Phase 1 is in flight; the named case study lands when Phase 1 ships. Until then, the architecture case studies and the reference architecture are the substantive part of the evaluation.
§1 — Architecture case studies (published)
Three NDA-clean case studies covering the structural substance of the Operations Partner shape.
Engineering-led mid-market manufacturer chose Operations Partner over building in-house
Seven-component decomposition, multi-LLM fail-over, hash-chain audit, VPC-portable deployment — without re-architecting between managed and self-hosted. Architect-peer register, sourced from the live pilot's proposal architecture section.
- ·Customer: ~$50M-$1B engineering-led manufacturer (NDA-protected)
- ·Architecture: 7 components, multi-LLM, hash-chain audit
- ·Deployment: Shape A today → Shape B/C without re-architecture
How an Operations Partner runs its own AI operations
819 QA waves in 22 days during a complete ICP pivot. Anthropic Memory swapped same-day from research preview to GA. 10-layer governance applied to JieGou itself before it ships to anyone else.
- ·Customer: JieGou itself (self-attested, git-auditable)
- ·QA cadence: v461 → v1279 in 22 days
- ·Model swap: Anthropic Memory same-day (Apr 23 + repeat pattern)
Ten CIO challenges we hear every week, and what Operations Partner does about each
Ten verbatim CIO challenges (sourced from r/CIO peer-network discussions) paired with what's actually going on and the Operations Partner-style resolution. Vendor honesty, OAuth scope sprawl, governance ownership, board-defensibility, operational overhead.
- ·Source: r/CIO peer-network discussions (Q2 2026)
- ·10 challenges with verbatim quotes
- ·Each pattern is also a standalone short-form post
§2 — Where we are on NAMED case studies
Architecture case studies, yes. Named-customer outcomes, when relationships mature.
JieGou is pre-seed. We have paying customers running production AI today — including a 12-month-tenured customer relationship and an active pilot with an engineering-led mid-market manufacturer. We don't publish anonymized hypothetical outcome case studies because they signal weakness, not strength: any vendor can write 'typical adoption scenario.'
What we DO publish in this window: architecture case studies (above) — NDA-clean, architecture-grade, and substantive enough to evaluate without a logo. What we WILL publish: named-customer case studies with concrete outcomes (time saved, errors reduced, audit findings cleared) once relationships are mature enough to back the outcomes contractually. The lighthouse Phase 1 is in flight; the named case study lands when Phase 1 ships.
Until then: peer-CIO reference calls available as part of the discovery process. We'll arrange a 20-min call between you and an existing customer (typically the technical lead, not founder-to-founder) so you can ask honest operational questions without a sales rep present.
§3 — Public artifacts you can evaluate without committing
Three things that don't require a sales conversation.

Early Operations Partner engagements get founder-led delivery + favorable lighthouse pricing in exchange for named case study + peer-CIO reference calls when the engagement matures. 30-min discovery call to discuss the shape.
