Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using JieGou, you agree to these terms of service. If you are using JieGou on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
JieGou provides an AI automation platform for building and executing recipes, workflows, and scheduled tasks. The platform connects to third-party LLM providers using API keys you provide. JieGou does not provide the AI models themselves.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your prompts, the data you process through the platform, and compliance with the terms of service of the LLM providers whose API keys you use. You must not use JieGou to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
You provide your own API keys for LLM providers. JieGou stores these keys securely but is not responsible for charges incurred with those providers. You are responsible for managing your API key usage and any associated costs.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform, including recipes, workflows, and outputs. JieGou retains ownership of the platform, its code, and pre-built templates. Templates you import and modify remain yours to use.
7. Limitation of Liability
JieGou is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for business decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request earlier deletion.
