The biggest barrier to AI adoption isn’t the technology. It’s the setup. Most AI tools drop you into a blank canvas and say “now what?” You stare at an empty prompt field, wonder what to type, try something generic, get a mediocre result, and conclude that AI isn’t ready for your workflow.

JieGou takes a different approach. When you sign up, you tell us your department. We install a complete set of recipes, workflows, and playbooks tailored to your team’s actual work. You’re productive in minutes, not weeks.

Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.

Step 1: Sign up (30 seconds)

Go to console.jiegou.ai/login. Sign up with Google or email. No credit card required — the Starter plan is free forever with generous limits.

You’ll be asked two things: your name and your department. Pick from 20 options: Sales, Marketing, Support, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Engineering, Executive, Product, Customer Success, Data & Analytics, IT & Security, Product Management, or R&D.

That department selection is the most important click in the entire onboarding. It determines what gets installed next.

Step 2: Your department pack installs automatically (10 seconds)

The moment you select your department, JieGou installs the matching department pack in the background. By the time you reach the dashboard, your account already contains:

  • 8-10 recipes — pre-built AI prompts with structured inputs and outputs, tailored to your department’s daily work
  • 3-5 workflows — multi-step automations that chain recipes together with conditions, loops, and approval gates
  • 2 playbooks — complex orchestration patterns for your department’s most involved processes
  • Suggested schedules — recommendations for running workflows on autopilot (you confirm before they activate)
  • Recommended integrations — the tools your department typically connects (Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Jira, etc.)

No configuration wizards. No multi-step setup flows. The pack installs in seconds because it’s a tested, quality-assured collection from JieGou’s Recipe Factory pipeline.

Step 3: Browse your recipes (1 minute)

Open the Recipes page. Instead of an empty library, you’ll see 8-10 recipes organized by your department. If you selected Marketing, you’ll see:

  • Content Brief Generator — Input a topic, get a structured brief with target audience, key messages, SEO keywords, and content outline
  • Social Media Post Generator — Input a topic and platform, get platform-optimized posts with hashtags and CTAs
  • SEO Keyword Strategy — Input your product and competitors, get a keyword map with search volume estimates and difficulty scores
  • Email Campaign Copy — Input campaign goals and audience segment, get subject lines, preview text, and body copy
  • Blog Post Outline — Input a topic and target keyword, get a structured outline with H2s, key points, and word count targets

Each recipe has a clear description of what it does, what inputs it needs, and what output you’ll get. No guessing.

Step 4: Run your first recipe (2 minutes)

Pick a recipe — let’s say Content Brief Generator. Click it, and you’ll see a form with labeled input fields:

  • Topic: “Q2 product launch announcement”
  • Target audience: “Existing customers, mid-market SaaS companies”
  • Tone: “Professional but approachable”
  • Key product features: “New workflow canvas, 200+ MCP integrations, BYOK support”

Fill in the fields. You’re not writing a prompt — you’re filling in a structured form. The prompt engineering is already done inside the recipe template.

Click Run. The AI processes your inputs and returns a structured output: a content brief with sections for executive summary, target audience profile, key messages, SEO keywords, content outline, distribution channels, and success metrics.

The output isn’t a wall of unformatted text. It’s a structured document with labeled sections that you can review, edit, and share with your team.

Step 5: See your results (30 seconds)

Every execution is automatically tracked. Go to the Actions page to see:

  • What ran: Which recipe, which inputs, which model
  • When it ran: Timestamp and duration
  • What it cost: Token usage and estimated cost (if using BYOK keys)
  • What it produced: Full output with structured fields

This tracking happens automatically. You don’t need to set up analytics or configure dashboards. Every recipe execution is logged, searchable, and exportable.

After your first week, you’ll have a clear picture of how much AI is contributing to your team’s output — hours saved, content produced, workflows automated.

What happens next

Once you’ve run a few recipes, you’ll naturally want to do more:

Customize recipes. Every recipe is fully editable. Change the prompt, add input fields, modify the output schema. The recipe is a copy in your account — you own it completely.

Run workflows. Workflows chain multiple recipes together. The Marketing pack’s Content Production workflow takes a topic, runs research, generates an outline, expands it to a full draft, and queues it for review — all in one click.

Add your own API keys. JieGou’s free tier includes demo executions. For production use, add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google API keys (BYOK). You pay the API providers directly at their published rates — no markup from JieGou.

Invite your team. Add team members and assign roles. They’ll see the same department pack recipes and can start running them immediately. Built-in RBAC controls who can edit recipes, approve workflows, and manage API keys.

Schedule automations. Set workflows to run on a schedule — daily standup summaries, weekly competitive reports, monthly campaign analyses. The suggested schedules from your department pack are a good starting point.

Why this matters for adoption

The traditional AI adoption path is: sign up → learn prompt engineering → experiment for weeks → maybe build something useful → try to get the team to use it → give up because everyone’s workflow is different.

JieGou’s path is: sign up → select department → get tailored recipes instantly → run first recipe in 2 minutes → see structured results → scale to the whole team.

The difference is time-to-value. When a new team member can produce professional AI-powered output in their first five minutes, adoption isn’t a training problem — it’s inevitable.
