ConnectWise Manage

Connect ConnectWise Manage as a first-class integration — not a generic API wrapper. JieGou speaks CW's MSP-specific concepts natively: Configurations, Agreements, Ticket Time entries, and bulk operations are all first-class. Built-in rate limiting respects CW's per-client API quota, and automatic deduplication prevents double-booked time entries on retries. Every action runs through shadow-mode review, per-action approval, and full audit trail — including the [AI-Assisted] prefix on AI-written time entries for billing transparency. Cross-account tenant isolation is verified in the test suite.
